repairs. |
After we finish our 14-point checklist we will let you know what we found, then move on to
your 'honey do' list. Things like:

Special Projects can be done during your regularly scheduled day, or scheduled separately.
(Extra days incur additional fees, at $49/hour. Estimates for Special Projects that can't be done/completed on your
monthly visit are Free when you're on our Monthly Home Maintenance Program.) Please let us know if you need any of
these things done, as we need to make sure to carry the proper equipment:

- HVAC Duct Cleaning (Sub-contracted to another company)
*You provide the necessary materials/light bulbs/filters/hardware/etc.
Cosmetic Items (anything that attaches to the home, and paint colors) need to be purchased
by you. Don is not an interior designer. His taste will differ from yours. Please purchase these items yourself and
have them ready for him to install.

Note: All plans require a one time Home
Assessment prior to the start of regular visits. (This visit is free and will be scheduled
after you make your first monthly payment.) The Home Assessment is an intensive inspection of your home and its
major systems and appliances. This allows us to identify all maintenance materials needed to perform the regular
maintenance and to become familiar with your home so that we can be efficient with your time during visits. It also
allows us to determine the current status of the house so that we can assess if any items need immediate
attention.
(We are unable to repair anything in/on properties
that Fox Inspection Group has performed a home inspection on in the last 12 months. TREC Rules,
535.220 Professional Conduct and
Ethics(e)(6) applies.)
Yes, I want Fix-It Fox to check my
