I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have in Yovani!   He came out to my house last month for one of our quarterly visits and went above and beyond to take care of all my needs.  I can’t imagine that he would have done a better job on his own home.  He paid attention to every detail and there was no task that beneath him – even helping me haul down and set up both of my Christmas trees which I’m sure he didn’t envision when he applied for this job.  You have an amazing employee in Yovani and I look forward to working with him again in 2021.  ~ C.
